The Northern Region still uses the 2013 Regional Committee Standing Orders. UCU rules state regions must adopt the model Standing Orders approved at congress 2015, with any local variations being subject to agreement by the NEC.
The region has prepared a consultation paper which provides suggested local variations. Branches are encouraged to read the paper in preparation for the matter to be discussed and voted on during the October 2016 Regional Committee.
