Unions : For Everyone’s Working Life : Newcastle events, 11th February
This government is determined to shift the balance of power in the workplace in favour of employers and get the Trade Union Bill through Parliament with as little scrutiny as possible.
Campaign with us to grow trade union membership in response to the Government’s Trade Union Bill.
Join unions during Unions Week on Thursday 11th February at the Monument, Newcastle from 12pm to leaflet the public and for a photo stunt.
Support the outdoor rally, being organised by UCU Newcastle University branch to protest against the Trade Union Bill, outside the Students’ Union Building on Thursday 11th February at 1pm.
Speakers Include: UCU representative, Jude Kirton-Darling MEP and TUC Regional Secretary Beth Farhat
