Industrial Law Society : Covenants, confidentiality and injunctions – What’s new?

This meeting will be held in Newcastle at The University of Northumbria, School of Law, City Campus East-1 at 6pm, finishing at about 7.30pm.

Oliver Hyams’ talk will cover the impact of Prophet v Huggett on restrictive covenants; Injunction tactics, procedure and new cases on costs; and Exercising discretion after Lawrence v Fen Tigers.

It will be held in the Harvard Lecture Theatre and details of room number will be notified in due course.

This meeting is open and free of charge to both members and non-members of the Society.
