Regional Committee delegates, alternates and Branch Secretaries were emailed on Friday 19th June to invite them to indicate their preferred dates for 2016 Regional Committees.
The consultation is open until Monday 20th July 2015.

Option 1 = Saturday 30th January
Option 2 = Saturday 6th February
Option 3 = Saturday 13th February
Regional Committee #3 (AGM)
Option 1 = Saturday 23rd April
Option 2 = Saturday 30th April
Option 3 = Saturday 7th May
Preferences should be given to the Regional Administrator.
The email on 19th June also provided the date of the next Regional Committee : Saturday 17th October 2015. Venue TBC.
