Four regional officer roles require nominations prior to the AGM on 1st April:
1) Regional Chair
2) Regional Vice Chair
3) Regional Secretary
4) Regional Treasurer
The submission of nominations and consents is to be done in writing, by email or letter.
Nominees, proposers and seconders must all be branch elected regional committee delegates who have had their names registered with Emma Alexander by 9am on Friday 24th March as being branch elected regional committee delegates.

The onus is on the nominee, proposer and seconder to ensure their name has been notified to Emma Alexander as being a branch elected regional committee delegate.
Once a branch elected regional committee delegate has been nominated and seconded, Emma Alexander will ask the nominee to confirm their consent to the nomination.
Nominations to be received by Emma Alexander by 5pm on Friday 24th March.
